IPATA
In addition to his work as Managing Director of Worldwide Animal Travel, Bruno Mansueto humbly serves as Regional Director for The Americas with the International Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA). IPATA has provided professional, competent and caring pet transportation relocation services around the world since 1979. Today, the international network has over 440 members from more than 84 countries that provide the highest standard of care for animals—including constant attention to their security, safety and well-being during travel.
IPATA members are experienced professional pet shippers, registered with the United States Department of Agriculture (or equivalent). Further, they adhere to the rules and regulations of the Animal Welfare Act and the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) Live Animal Regulations as they relate to the care and transport of family pets.

The Animal Transportation Association is a non-profit association dedicated to the safe and humane transportation of animals – worldwide. The ATA connects individuals, businesses, organizations and groups involved in any phase of animal transportation. Worldwide Animal Travel is a long-standing member of the ATA who is committed to the uniform and effective international regulations and humane handling of live animals.

Living Elements is made up of experienced aquarists, marine biologists, and commercial divers that provide living organisms, such as octopus and sea urchins, to aquariums and marine education facilities across the world. They work with companies that are regulated by federal and provincial laws of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Environment Canada, and all other Canadian and international regulations regarding animal collection and transport.

Seafair Animal Clinic and Ironwood Animal Hospital are locally and independently owned clinics which have been serving Richmond and surrounding areas for generations. We have 2 locations but are otherwise seamlessly integrated to allow us to provide full service care to our clients and patients seven days a week.

Joanna Luc2024-07-15We moved ourselves to Dubai. I have two dogs, ones a Cockapoo and one is a Bedlington Terrier X Poodle. Probably like most dog parents I was trying to look at multiple different companies for their relocation services to make the process go smoother. I looked at WWAT’s reviews and their Google reviews were actually very good, that is why I went with them. And since I was in Vancouver, it made sense to go with them since their office location is in Richmond. I ended up getting paired with Monica Chou as my Pet Travel Coordinator, and I just want to say that she did an absolutely amazing job with everything and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Her communication was timely and thorough. She paid attention to all the tiny details to make sure all the forms and documents were in order. She gave me step by step what I needed to complete. She also got in touch with the multiple vets I was using to make sure everything had the correct information. Moving is stressful and expensive but having Monica’s help just made everything go very smoothly. I was really worried about how the dogs were going to do because Teddy has really bad separation anxiety, but him and Geo both made it! They did a flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam, did a night at the pet hotel there, then flew again from Amsterdam to Dubai. Going with a relocation company just takes care of the hard work so that you can have less headaches yourself. I can’t imagine doing something like this without the help from WWAT. I hope my review helps other pet parents consider travelling with WWAT. Monica Chou, you’re the best! She even took time to make a collage of my dogs which is super cute. Thanks so much!! P.s. some other helpful info: if you don’t want to mess up buying the wrong crate for your dogs I suggest bringing your dog to their office to get a crate fitting. I had two crates for my dogs but they were not acceptable because they were too small even though i felt like they fit, so I ended up just going with the crates WWAT recommended. They had them at the office so it made it easy to have my brother drop them off at the office without having to worry about how to bring the crates from home.. they are too big to fit in a regular car.
