We can offer door-to-door service between almost any two points within Canada by either air or ground travel. We have offices in both Toronto and Vancouver and a nationwide network of reputable agents that allows us to provide reliable pickup and delivery services in all major Canadian cities.

  We moved ourselves to Dubai. I have two dogs, ones a Cockapoo and one is a Bedlington Terrier X Poodle. Probably like most dog parents I was trying to look at multiple different companies for their relocation services to make the process go smoother. I looked at WWAT’s reviews and their Google reviews were actually very good, that is why I went with them. And since I was in Vancouver, it made sense to go with them since their office location is in Richmond.

I ended up getting paired with Monica Chou as my Pet Travel Coordinator, and I just want to say that she did an absolutely amazing job with everything and I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Her communication was timely and thorough. She paid attention to all the tiny details to make sure all the forms and documents were in order. She gave me step by step what I needed to complete.
She also got in touch with the multiple vets I was using to make sure everything had the correct information.

Moving is stressful and expensive but having Monica’s help just made everything go very smoothly.

I was really worried about how the dogs were going to do because Teddy has really bad separation anxiety, but him and Geo both made it!

They did a flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam, did a night at the pet hotel there, then flew again from Amsterdam to Dubai.

Going with a relocation company just takes care of the hard work so that you can have less headaches yourself. I can’t imagine doing something like this without the help from WWAT.

I hope my review helps other pet parents consider travelling with WWAT.

P.s. some other helpful info: if you don’t want to mess up buying the wrong crate for your dogs I suggest bringing your dog to their office to get a crate fitting.  I had two crates for my dogs but they were not acceptable because they were too small even though i felt like they fit, so I ended up just going with the crates WWAT recommended. They had them at the office so it made it easy to have my brother drop them off at the office without having to worry about how to bring the crates from home.. they are too big to fit in a regular car.

Comfort Stops

If your pet is passing through Vancouver by air, we can provide a much-needed rest stop at our Canada customs bonded cat and dog kennel. Our head office is located right in the heart of the cargo village at Vancouver International Airport. Our comfort stop services include the following:
