Long journeys and extended layovers can be tiring for pets, especially when travelling internationally. A comfort stop provides a safe, supervised break during transit, allowing your pet to rest, rehydrate, stretch, and receive personalized care before continuing their journey.
For pets passing through Vancouver by air, we offer comfort stops at our Canada Customs bonded kennel and cattery, conveniently located in the cargo village at Vancouver International Airport. This unique location allows us to collect pets quickly upon arrival and provide attentive care with minimal additional handling. We also offer a comfort stop in our Toronto location.
Whether your pet has a lengthy connection, an overnight layover, or simply needs extra care between flights, our experienced team ensures they remain comfortable, safe, and well looked after every step of the way.
