IPATA 2026 is Over but Not Forgotten
To our peers and partners, it was great welcoming all 230 of you from 42 countries to our home city of Vancouver.
We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished as Canada’s premier Pet Relocation company. It was nice to show off both us and the city.
SATURDAY
Opening Day
The conference was held at the Westin Bayshore. In addition to some fantastic speakers, the expo let us talk one-on-one with our airline and government partners about our plans and our work.
Grouse Mountain
On Vancouver’s North Shore, Grouse Mountain is a must-see place to take guests to the city. The views are spectacular. It’s also home to some beautiful wildlife and flora including Coola, who we’re assured is an easygoing and playful bear but we didn’t wake him up to find out.
SUNDAY
Hockey
If you’re going to show off Canada, there’s nothing like our National Sport, hockey. The Vancouver Canucks are a top-notch team and, although they lost that night, they played well, and it was an exciting game.
MONDAY
Our Animal Ambassador: Barry
Barry the Two-Toed Sloth made time in his busy schedule to be the conference’s official Animal Ambassador and to share some of his hard-fought wisdom (“relax and don’t sweat the small stuff”).
Thanks to our friends at the Greater Vancouver Zoo for making this possible. Barry is a sweet guy who made a lot of new friends among the attendees.
Gala
The Westin Bayshore is home to top chefs who get full points on both taste and presentation. Nobody visits Worldwide Animal Travel and goes home hungry.
Thank you to everyone who attended.
We’ll see you all next year in Cape Town, South Africa, for IPATA 2027!!!
