We couldn’t be happier with Worldwide Animal Travel and, in particular, our coordinator, Tema, who helped us navigate the incredibly complicated process of relocating our three beautiful Burmese cats from West Vancouver to Saigon.

From start to finish, Tema handled every detail with exceptional professionalism, competence, and care. She has an impressive depth of knowledge about every aspect of international pet travel and was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. Most importantly, she gave us the peace of mind we needed at every stage of what was, for us, a very stressful journey.

I was especially impressed by the care she took in reviewing the documentation prepared by our veterinarian and the CFIA. She identified errors and omissions that needed to be corrected before we travelled—exactly the kind of details that could have caused serious problems if they had gone unnoticed.

I truly cannot give enough praise to Worldwide Animal Travel for their expert assistance and guidance at every step. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our pets made an enormous difference.

And the best part of all? Our three fur babies arrived safely in Saigon and are happily exploring their new territory as I write this! ❤️🐾

Incredible experience! Tima (Fateme) and the team was able to help me smoothly relocate my two wonderful cats (from Vancouver  to the Philippines) within relatively short notice (1.5 months)! Even if the task had been a tricky one due to timing, Tima and her team worked relentlessly to get everything done for us, and were successful with every single goal + promise. Yes, the services may be pricey, but you most certainly get what you pay for. Wow.  Where to start.  The whole process was easy and on time.  They took our fur babies from Canada to Holland.  It was a breeze on our end, they handled everything! We got updates every step of the way.  I was a bit worried having a pug nosed dog, but didn’t need to worry at all.  They knew the flight rules regarding heat, crates, time between flights and booked everything.  Our babies had an overnight in Toronto and Frankfurt, Germany.  Stella was taken for walks and Phoebe was provided a litter box.  See below for some photos.
