COVID-19 TRAVEL ANNOUNCEMENT
March 30th, 2020
Dear valued customer,
Due to recent developments in air travel restrictions as a result of COVID-19, many airlines are no longer accepting live animal bookings, and are reducing operation to reflect less passenger traffic.
If you have a trip scheduled for the coming weeks, our team at Worldwide Animal Travel will do our best to honour it, airline permitting. We are working reduced hours at our offices to ensure the safe and successful delivery of your pet(s) as their comfort and well-being remain our top priority.
Additionally, I want to inform you of the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of your pet(s) and our employees, including:
- Communicating with our employees and partners daily regarding important health and safety measures as per government health officials
- Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols at both our Toronto and Vancouver offices, with particular focus on surface cleaning
During this time, we are available to provide quotes for bookings for the latter half of 2020. If you require a quote, please complete our Request A Quote form, and our team will be happy to assist you. If you have any questions regarding the status of your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1(877) 958-7387.
We’ll continue to monitor this situation closely. For more information, please visit our FAQ page.
On behalf of Worldwide Animal Travel, I wish you and your loved ones good health during this unprecedented time.
Sincerely,
Bruno Mansueto
